Erol Kazım Andaç was born in 1933 in Ortakoy, Nicosia. In 1951 he graduated from high School. MR. Andac initially started to Work at the Electricity Authority until he transferred to Turkish İş Bankası in 1955, where was Promoted to services Manager Position. In 1958 he became an active member of TMT. On 28 December 1967,he was appointed to Nicosia Bearer ship and on 5 July 1970 , he was elected as a member of the parliament. Andaç was the First Minister of Public works in Turkish Civil Aviation History. And between years 1974-1981 he was the Minister of Public works. And did this task successfully and he had a big role in establishment of Ercan Airport. He is retired and leave Nicosia now.
